Inspired by ancient local practice, we have introduced our signature meditation program. This program is delivered by a revered local mangku or ‘healer’.
Each of the five programs: fire, earth, water, wind and air, are each undertaken over a minimum of six nights and seven days. When participants have completed the first chapter of the seven-day program, they must then practise what they have learnt at home until the healing process is established. When ready, a participant may return for the second, third, fourth and fifth programs which are undertaken over the same length of time.
CHAKRA ENLIGHTENMENT PACKAGE
BALINESE SELF-HEALING
Each of the five chakra enlightenment programs focus on the north-south-east-west and -self (centre). Every self-healing program will first focus on fire as the basic element to be re-aligned. One of the characteristics of fire is that it is hot, as in anger, angry outbursts and impatience.
The complementary aspect of fire is warmth, as in inspiration and motivation that, when in balance, is like a light that illuminates both an individual’s life and their surroundings. Each individual chakra enlightenment program element is priced at € 1,100 for a single traveller and € 1,700 for two persons travelling together. There is a maximum of ten participants in each session.
